The UK Commission, on behalf of the Talent Coalition has been granted the Trade Mark Registration No. 2518219 in Class 41 in the United Kingdom for talentmap and device (Series of 2).

This should prevent confusion or corruption of the talentmap brand for a period of at least ten years, enabling consistent, unambiguous recognition and use of the talentmap framework and web-tools.

The mark, which comprises the use of the word talentmap together with the already recognised image of the five specifically coloured disks or balls, will be used in conjunction with either ® or ™ wherever feasible.

This should ensure that with developing use of talentmap™ in various contexts relating to skills, employment and training across the United Kingdom, you will be able to be sure that if it says talentmap - it means talentmap.
