talentmap™ Online Book Launched

April 1, 2010; Lewin Alley

The talentmap™ framework provides a consitent and unambiguous means of exploring and communicationg across the skills, talent, employment and education 'landscape' across the complete United Kingdom. For the first time, there is a common framework against which organisations, both private and public sector, can identify or categorise their interests and/or offers. As organisations align themselves with talentmap™, it enables clearer communications and transactions between all parties, whether seeking or providing, whether previously knowledgeable or not.

The new online guide - the talentmap™ Book - just like a printed book - is designed so that readers may 'dip in' to find an explanation or establish a context or be read page by page - to reveal the talentmap™ 'story'.

The current Book is scheduled to be enhanced to provide a series of questions against each Framework Theme, Category and Sub-category, intended  to help the reader apply talentmap™ to their organisation.
